We offer financial services; therefore, many times people mistakenly think the only role available on our team is that of a Financial Advisor. However, we pride ourselves in having a different approach to getting our message out there and finding individuals, families and businesses to help. 

A Team Approach

Our team consists of Financial Advisors, Business Development Advisors and Support Staff. The Business Development Advisors focus on networking and finding people to help, they love connecting with people and building relationships; the Financial Advisors create the financial plans, they love details, finances and planning, while the support staff do just that, they support the advisors and keep the back office going. This makes it so that each member of the team can focus on doing what they love and are successful at!

How It Works

You, as the Business Development Advisor, would spend your time in the community networking and meeting people. Simply set up the first appointment for a potential client with the Financial Advisor. If you choose, you may attend the meetings with the client. The Financial Advisor takes it from there, they get to know the potential clients, gather facts, do the analysis and planning then have the follow up appointment. The support staff is there at every step, assisting and making sure all the back office needs are taken care of.

Sounds pretty great, huh? All you have to do is meet people and set up the appointment! But how do you get paid? The Business Development Advisor shares compensation on the business that is written. That means you receive a percentage of any compensation including Insurance Business and Investment Accounts.

How to Become a Business Development Advisor

To become a business development advisor, there are a couple things that are required. In order to share compensation, you need to have the proper licensing. For insurance business an insurance license is necessary. For investment business a Series 65 investment license is needed. These may be obtained online or in a local class. Once you have your licensing, you complete your affiliation and can then get started.
