To start our assessment, we will need an Employee Census and if you have an existing plan, we'll also want to obtain a copy of your Plan Level Statement and Service Agreement/Contract 408(b)(2) Disclosures.
We'll work with you to put in place additional benefits for you and your employees like teledoc services, accident protection, hospital policies and critical illness protection to name a few.
